Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
